Since July 2025, Türkiye's telecom regulator BTK has network-blocked 30+ international eSIM storefronts inside the country — Airalo, Holafly, Nomad, Saily, Ubigi and more. You are not wrong that something is blocked. But it's a block on the shops, not on the signal: any eSIM installed and activated before arrival connects normally via Türk Telekom or Vodafone Türkiye. A 10 GB Türk Telekom / Vodafone Türkiye–backed eSIM runs about US$6, and 20 GB about US$13.
