When should I install the eSIM?▼
Many travelers install shortly before departure or on arrival—follow your bundle's rules for activation. You'll need internet (Wi‑Fi is fine) to complete setup.
Is my phone compatible?▼
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Check our compatible devices list to confirm yours qualifies—compatibility is determined by your hardware, not YonoSIM.
How do refunds work?▼
Digital eSIM products are often non-refundable once provisioned. Read our Terms and contact support if something fails during purchase—we'll help where we can.
I'm a first-time user—what's the most common gotcha?▼
Every YonoSIM eSIM ships with data roaming included, but your phone keeps roaming switched off by default after install. Just go to Settings and turn on data roaming for the new eSIM. Tip: leave your home SIM's data roaming switched off to avoid surprise bills from your home carrier.
