YonoSIM API · Pricing

One rate. Published retail. In your API.

Same rate a traveler pays on yonosim.com — exposed via the API for you to bundle inside your product. No NDA, no partner-only markup, no gated discount ladder. Volume rebates against retail available on request at ~$10k+/mo.

Four things about our pricing.

The infra we ship — real-time webhooks, one API for 200+ countries, provisioning in 15 seconds, 30-day no-usage auto-refunds — is the moat. The pricing gets out of your way.

How pricing works.

  1. You set your customer price.

Bundle the eSIM inside your product, mark it up, offer it as a card perk, or resell at retail. Your P&L, your call — your customer never sees our number unless you show them.

  2. You pay our published retail.

Every activation debits your prepaid Stripe credit balance at our published retail rate — the same number a traveler pays on yonosim.com. No hidden fees, no per-transaction surcharges, no partner-only markup.

  3. Unused eSIMs refund themselves.

If an eSIM hasn't used any data 30 days after purchase, we cancel it and credit the full cost back to your balance automatically — the same 30-day no-usage rule our consumer store runs. No ticket, no form. Plans covering Canada are final sale.

  4. Volume rebate when you scale.

At ~$10k+/mo trailing spend, email us for a private per-key rebate against retail. No forced tier upgrade, no re-negotiation. Custom contracts available above $100k/mo.

Pricing questions.

Are these prices real?

Real. The table above is rendered by hitting POST /v1/plans/search live from this page, cached at most 1 hour — same rate a traveler pays on yonosim.com/plans and the same rate you'll see when you call the same endpoint from your account. When a row shows a dash, that specific SKU shape isn't in the catalog right now; the endpoint returns whatever we have live.

Why don't you publish a discount tier ladder?

Because our retail is already priced below Airalo and Holafly on most routes. Bundled inside your product — where your customer sees your price, not ours — a partner-only discount adds no customer-facing lift. The infra we ship (real-time webhooks, one API for 200+ countries, provisioning in 15 seconds, 30-day no-usage auto-refunds) is the moat, not the discount. If your volume changes that math, ask us for a rebate.

Is there a minimum spend?

No. You can activate one $6 eSIM a month and pay $6. Below ~$100/mo you'll mostly be self-serving via docs; support is community-driven at that scale.

Do I need a contract?

Not under $10k MRR. Above that, we'll draft a mutual services agreement covering SLA, data processing, and payment terms. Standard boilerplate — most partners sign in a week.

How do refunds actually work?

Automatically. If an eSIM hasn't used any data within 30 days of purchase, we cancel it with the network provider and credit the full activation cost back to your balance — no ticket, and an order.refunded webhook fires so your system knows. It's the same 30-day no-usage rule our consumer store runs, and plans shorter than 30 days are caught before they expire. You can also cancel any unused eSIM yourself at any time with POST /v1/orders/:id/refund, and provisioning failures auto-credit before the order ever confirms. Plans covering Canada are final sale once issued.

How do I get the volume rebate?

Email [email protected] when your trailing 30-day activation spend crosses ~$10k. We'll look at your mix and issue a per-key rebate against retail — private, no re-negotiation of the public rate, no impact on other partners. Above $100k/mo we move to a custom contract with named terms.

Can I bundle multiple eSIMs into one order?

Yes — POST /v1/orders/bulk takes up to 500 orders per call. Common pattern for tour operators pre-provisioning by tour departure.

What happens if a plan doesn't work in the destination?

We refund your full activation cost to your credit balance, and provision a replacement plan on us. Documented in our Fair Usage & Refund policy — same rules that apply to our direct consumers.

Are top-ups priced differently?

Same published retail, same pricing model. Your customer's existing eSIM keeps its LPA; you just POST /v1/orders/:id/topup with a new planId and they keep going.
