What networks do you cover?
200+ countries across the top eSIM roaming networks (the same wholesale supply the major consumer brands run on). Coverage list is live in the API — call GET /v1/countries.
How much does it cost?
You pay our published retail — the same rate a traveler pays on yonosim.com — exposed in the API. No partner-only markup, no monthly fee, no seat licensing, no contract under $10k MRR. Our retail is already priced well below Airalo and Holafly on most routes, so bundled inside your product (where your customer never sees our number) the math works from your first order. Volume rebates against retail available on request at ~$10k+/mo — email [email protected] when you get there.
How do refunds work?
Automatically. If an eSIM hasn't used any data within 30 days of purchase, we cancel it with the network provider and credit the full activation cost back to your balance — no ticket, and an order.refunded webhook fires so your system knows. It's the same 30-day no-usage rule our consumer store runs, and plans shorter than 30 days are caught before they expire. You can also cancel any unused eSIM yourself at any time with POST /v1/orders/:id/refund, and provisioning failures auto-credit before the order ever confirms. Plans covering Canada are final sale once issued.
Can I white-label the customer experience?
Yes. Point a subdomain (esim.yourbrand.com) at us, upload logo + colors, and every QR and install page uses your brand. The customer never sees YonoSIM unless you want them to.
What about KYC / regulatory compliance?
Handled per-country by us. A few markets require passport-style ID upload; we serve that flow via our hosted activation page so you don't touch PII.
Do you support bulk provisioning?
Yes — POST /v1/orders/bulk takes up to 500 orders per call. Ideal for tour operators pre-provisioning by departure date.
What's the SLA?
99.9% API uptime target. Real-time status at status.yonosim.com. Enterprise tier gets 99.95% + dedicated Slack.
